Potluck Improv / Barcelona
Everyone brings something. Nobody explains themselves.
A monthly improv jam for Barcelona's Global Majority communities. We play, then we eat, then we stay too long talking. No experience needed. No audition. You will not be the only one in the room.

What happens
Warm up. Play some games. Eat everything on the table. Meet about ten people who live twenty minutes away and whom you would never otherwise have met. Go home tired in the good way.
- You arrive. Somebody says your name. Nobody leaves you standing at the edge.
- We warm up. Silly, physical, loud. Nobody is watching yet.
- We play. Short games first, longer scenes after. You can sit out any round.
- We eat. Everything on the table came from someone in the room.
- We stay too long. This is where the actual thing happens.

How this room works
The potluck bit
Bring a dish if you can. Bring yourself if you cannot. Both count, and nobody is keeping score.
The room
You can sit out any round. You can tap out of any scene. Nobody's background is a punchline here, and you will never be asked where you are really from.
Whose stage this is
We are not guests at somebody else's theatre. We programme this, we host it, we teach it, and we clear up after it. Come three times and it is yours too.
Català, castellano, English, and whatever else walks in. An accent is not a mistake. On an improv stage it is material.
Come play
The next jam
One price, same for everyone, while we get on our feet. When we are steadier it becomes pay what you can, because nobody should be priced out of their own room.

The invitation
Come once and you are a guest.
Come three times and it is yours.
Bring a dish, a story, a language, or just yourself. That is the whole entry requirement.
